Meet Jennifer brandt, yoga therapist

Jen is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), experienced & registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. As a mother of two teenagers, she knows what it’s like to navigate the personal transitions like parenting teens, changing careers, managing a chronic disease, and navigating stress and anxiety that comes with everyday life. Her mission is to use traditional yoga practices to support you on your personal journey to feel better in body, mind, and spirit.
