“I’ve personally worked with Jen for yoga therapy for migraines, and I have referred friends and clients to her as well. I found working with Jen changed my entire approach to wellness and yoga. I now make yoga a part of my daily routine, and I have been free from migraines for several years. Jen’s approach is gentle and completely tailored to the needs of the individual. I cannot say enough good things about her work and the benefits that yoga therapy brings to individuals seeking a more holistic approach to healing.”
