How we work together

initial intake

Whether we meet virtually or in person, every new client intake begins with a thoughtful ‘getting to know you’ process. This is a chance for us to connect and for me to learn about you as a whole person—your physical body, energy, emotions, relationships, and spiritual life. I approach this time with care and curiosity, honoring your pace and comfort level in sharing. Together, we’ll begin to co-create a yoga practice that feels supportive, accessible, and aligned with your unique needs. Using the five dimensions of balance as our guide, we’ll explore ways to integrate yoga into your daily life in a way that nurtures your wellbeing—body, mind, and spirit.

ongoing sessions

After the initial intake, we can discuss how often to meet for follow-up sessions. Some clients want to meet weekly, some every other week, and some prefer to come in monthly. Follow-up sessions include:

  • Update from you on how you are feeling, how the practice is going, and any new goals

  • Adjust your home practice based on new goals

  • Teach you new tools and techniques

  • Provide you with Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle recommendations for the current season
