As we work together, we want to customize a yoga practice that works for your body and mind. My new client intake session is designed for me to get to know you, learn more about your health concerns and challenges, and design a yoga practice that will help you live and feel better. We’ll use the five dimensions of balance to create a practice that works for your health and your lifestyle.

Yoga Therapy
In-Person Session
(60 minutes)

Each Yoga therapy private session will include:

  • Update from you on how you are feeling, how the practice is going, and any new goals

  • Adjust your home practice based on new goals

  • Teach you new tools and techniques

  • Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle recommendations for the current season

*Private sessions are for existing clients who have already done an intake session.
