I believe it’s important to be clear about whether yoga therapy is right for you. Making the right decision now will help you make the changes you need going forward.

You might have questions such as “Do I need to have yoga experience?” or “Is yoga in conflict with my religious or spiritual beliefs?” You have likely seen photos or videos depicting yoga that look anything BUT therapeutic. Whatever your questions, I invite you to chat with me about them so we can determine if yoga therapy is a good fit for you.

new client virtual intake session
(2 hours)

As we work together, we’ll design a yoga practice that works for your body and mind. My new client virtual intake session is designed for me to get to know you, learn more about your health concerns and challenges, and design a yoga practice that will help you live and feel better via Zoom. We’ll use the five dimensions of balance to create a practice that works for your health and your lifestyle.

Yoga Therapy virtual Session
(60 minutes)

Each Yoga therapy virtual session will include:

  • Update from you on how you are feeling, how the practice is going, and any new goals

  • Adjust your home practice based on new goals

  • Teach you new tools and techniques

  • Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle recommendations for the current season

*Private sessions are for existing clients who have already done an intake session.
