Group Yoga Classes

Develop more strength and flexibility in your body and cultivate peace of mind with our group yoga classes based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Classes will teach a blend of yoga poses, breathing techniques, guided meditation, self-inquiry, and even some simple chanting. Each class is designed to give your body and mind an experience of steadiness and ease. Modifications are offered throughout the class so as to meet each student’s individual abilities.

No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome!
